Mike was able to accommodate us as my good friend wasn't feeling good and he needed a place to rest. It was 80 cash and he went out of his way to make sure everything was good for us. We were treated good and he doesn't deserve all of the one star ratings. We had been there before and knew it wasn't the Taj Mahal but ac was cold and he was able to rest while I went to the Spa. Sure better than sleeping in a car in 90 degree weather when you are sick. Thanks Mike!
Booked based on pictures online, got there late and checked in, looked bad outside but terrible inside. No other rooms in the area available so we were stuck staying there for one night. Filthy, dangerous, floor in bathroom rotting, spider webs all over the room. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Around 12:30am three guest decided to sit outside at a picnic table under our window and for the next 1.5 hours we had the misfortune to listen to profanities by three drunks. How the fire department allows this place to stay open is beyond me, it is a fire trap. Left the first thing the next day.
This is the filthiest dump I have ever seen.the office is a smoke filled cramp hole ,very rude people and there is No way any self respecting human would ever stay there.they should be put out of business and fined for putting fraudulent pictures on line. We ended up getting our stuff and getting a ride home! No way were we going to attempt sitting on the beds, moreless sleeping on them. She got 100 bucks that would not be refunded.
We didn't actually stay here. We needed a place to stay waiting for our new place to be ready. We had just moved back from Florida. We pulled up and the view was gorgeous but the motel was scary. Go in to the filthy office and ask if they take pets. NO!! The Saratoga county animal shelter is nicer looking than this place. It's not for for humans yet they don't allow pets. Wow!!! It's gross and needs to be condemned!!!
I made reservations here in October, 2011 for one night because our High School crew team had a meet on the lake and the dock is just 2 miles away. My husband read all of the bad reviews, saw the photos, and told me to cancel the room. I called HOURS LATER to cancel, and left 2 messages on a machine, requesting a return call. I followed up again the next day and spoke with Michelle, who said she would me anyway because they have a 2 week cancellation policy, which was never mentioned initially. This woman needs to take lessons in customer service, as she became belligerent with me! I will be changing my credit card number to avoid future problems with her.
