Me and my family used this facility for 3 nights for the state chess championships. When we got in I was checking in and they tried to charge me 477 dollars twice! I already paid through Expedia and a lady helped us. Honestly, people! They made me pay an extra 40 dollars. Why? My kids liked the horse pics, though. The room wasn't a great quality for the amount I paid to stay here. It was small, and the TV glitches. BED was nice but breakfast was 11 dollars. The pool was closed which is the reason I booked this place. It is close to Ben and Jerry's, though. Best ice cream ever the kids loved it. I thought this was hilton, maybe they just paid for hiltons name.i should have booked the event hotel and paid the extra 100 dollars.

Well , I wanted to go in february I called two different times and I was put on hold for an hour and 45 minutes and still no one picked up the next day. I called again and I waited a 1/2 an hour on hold and then at that point I went and got another hotel in Saratoga. I have stayed there in the past a few years back but I was really discouraged when no one picked up when I was on hold.

Great hotel and staff. Recently update and very clean. Comfortable and location make everything walkable. Pet friendly and quiet. Hotel parking is very convenient. didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but noticed they cleaned it regularly.
