Had an amazing stay here and here's why......I left my toiletry bag in the room. Didn't realize it until I got home and I called them and left a message with housekeeping. I figured I would never hear back and to chalk it up as a loss, which is a tough pill to swallow. But Jolene Hayes from housekeeping called me back, said they had the bag and that they would send it to me. I thought "yeah right......" but three days later it was on my doorstep! I can't thank Jolene and Hannah MacIntosh from the front desk for sending this back. They said they would do something, and they did it. Not to mention, the bed was super comfy, Morton's steakhouse was fabulous and we had fun gambling. Even won a few bucks. Would DEF stay here again!!

Although the hotel is very nice and has outdoor seating with firepits, the food options are very sparce. No breakfast until after 11am on weekdays..no pastry kiosks. For the price of rooms here that was disappointing..we drove to Dunkin every morning

Beautiful place. Extremely well maintained with attention to detail. Clean, friendly atmosphere and staff. Highly recommended for a wonderful relaxing time
