My fiance and I had a wonderful time at Juniper Hill, so much so that we ended up adding on another night! Jet and Dave (and Cody the dog) were wonderful hosts. They made little gestures all throughout our stay that made us feel very cared for and special. My fiance is lactose intolerant, so there was almond milk sitting out with the morning coffee. They washed our travel mugs when they tidied up our room. Our first morning there, Jet found out that we were celebrating our birthdays so our first course came out with candles and a song. The 3 course breakfasts were absolutely delicious and made with fresh local ingredients. There were also some unique extras available: snacks set out upstairs, a movie library and a parlor for hanging out. Out room was very luxurious and had a fireplace and jetted tub. This was our first bed and breakfast experience, and they definitely set the bar high! There is a quaint little town in walking distance where we found places to eat dinner and during the day we hiked several state parks all a very short drive away all with beautiful gorges and waterfalls. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again!

Our visit to the Juniper Hill Inn made our holiday very special. Room amenities were to perfection, not a detail was missing. Breakfast by far was the best we've experienced at a B&B. Jet serves with love, pride and perfection. Juniper Inn is perfect for a couple or large group. The house is a Home filled with comfortable seating, games, movies and warmth. Also lets not forget the Art Work! JH is a must stay.
Don't miss having dinner at Hazelnut Kitchen!
Enjoy.

A little slice of heaven. Gracious hospitality, extraordinary food, beautiful accommodations. The hosts think of every possible desire -- from decorations, to bedding, to snacks. Our first night, we sat by the fountain sipping cocktails (our own) and reveled in the peace and quiet.

Although Trumansburg is a small town, there were a couple of great places to eat (do not miss Atlas Bowl!) and lots to do nearby (hiking in Taughannock Falls State Park, vineyards that rival Napa Valley). We're already planning to go back next year.

We spent 3 nights at Juniper Hill in late June. The house is gorgeous with period furniture, antique light fixtures, and works of art hanging everywhere!! Jet and Dave were gracious hosts and Jet made the most incredible 3-course gourmet breakfasts every morning. It was served by a young girl named Margo, whose demeanor and sweet smile added to the experience.

This Federal Colonial Revival-style bed & breakfast is, quite simply, one of the best my family has experienced -- ever. We stayed with our children for one night during the fall season to celebrate our wedding, which took place that day in nearby Ithaca. We chose Juniper Hill for its excellent reputation and location in the heart of quaint Trumansburg, knowing we'd come away with wonderful memories.

Upon being greeted by host David and entering the inviting foyer, we saw that we were in an art gallery specializing in fine American Impressionist paintings. We had the good luck to be the only guests that night, and so spent the evening wandering the various rooms, halls and nooks, admiring the paintings and antiques, and sitting at the fireplace talking and reading books from the library.

We had two large bedrooms, the Mary Cassatt Room and John Singer Sargent Room, both of which were well-appointed with nothing overlooked -- including the bathroom floors; they were heated! The next day we woke up to coffee outside our rooms followed by Chef Jet serving up a multi-course gourmet breakfast made with locally grown ingredients, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We highly recommend this B&B, and we'll certainly return. Thank you, David and Jet, for the memories!

Room Tip: Mary Cassatt Room and John Singer Sargent Room are larger.
