The location of Juniper Hill is PERFECT amongst the finger lakes gorges and wineries! After a day of hiking and tasting, the main street of Truemansburg is a short walk to dining options.

Our room was the nicest room of a bed and breakfast we've ever stayed in! (**We always stay in B&B's around the country) The bed was amazing to look at and sleep in! Every detail was in place,...First class B&B.

Over the top was the presentation and preparation of our delicious gourmet breakfasts!!

We are already looking forward to the next time we can plan to visit the area!

Room Tip: All Rooms are amazing! Our personal fav is Mary Cassett Room

It's a stately beautiful mansion with lovely grounds and wonderful common space. Wish we had more time to enjoy that space. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely windowed common area. Although guests were at separate tables, conversation still managed to flow between, and that's one of the special perks at a B&B. Our room, the Lillian Wescott Hale, was tiny but beautifully decorated with a front window that overlooked the front gardens. Because of it's size, the bathroom was not en-suite but it was private and absolutely beautiful. I didn't know anything about Mackenzie-Child decor until that bathroom and wow! From the wallpaper to the tiled floor it was beautiful and topped off with a two person aromatherapy steam shower with Bose speakers in the room. Made up for the fact that it wasn't IN our room. The hosts were lovely and the inn is a short walk into the town and one of the featured restaurants of our entire 2 weeks in the Finger Lakes, the Hazelnut Cafe.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time at Juniper Hill, so much so that we ended up adding on another night! Jet and Dave (and Cody the dog) were wonderful hosts. They made little gestures all throughout our stay that made us feel very cared for and special. My fiance is lactose intolerant, so there was almond milk sitting out with the morning coffee. They washed our travel mugs when they tidied up our room. Our first morning there, Jet found out that we were celebrating our birthdays so our first course came out with candles and a song. The 3 course breakfasts were absolutely delicious and made with fresh local ingredients. There were also some unique extras available: snacks set out upstairs, a movie library and a parlor for hanging out. Out room was very luxurious and had a fireplace and jetted tub. This was our first bed and breakfast experience, and they definitely set the bar high! There is a quaint little town in walking distance where we found places to eat dinner and during the day we hiked several state parks all a very short drive away all with beautiful gorges and waterfalls. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again!

Our visit to the Juniper Hill Inn made our holiday very special. Room amenities were to perfection, not a detail was missing. Breakfast by far was the best we've experienced at a B&B. Jet serves with love, pride and perfection. Juniper Inn is perfect for a couple or large group. The house is a Home filled with comfortable seating, games, movies and warmth. Also lets not forget the Art Work! JH is a must stay.
Don't miss having dinner at Hazelnut Kitchen!
Enjoy.

A little slice of heaven. Gracious hospitality, extraordinary food, beautiful accommodations. The hosts think of every possible desire -- from decorations, to bedding, to snacks. Our first night, we sat by the fountain sipping cocktails (our own) and reveled in the peace and quiet.

Although Trumansburg is a small town, there were a couple of great places to eat (do not miss Atlas Bowl!) and lots to do nearby (hiking in Taughannock Falls State Park, vineyards that rival Napa Valley). We're already planning to go back next year.
