My wife and i had a two night stay in September. We had a very good room on a high level. Housekeeping could not be faulted and the bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with cooked to order omelets
I want to mention one staff member in particular. In my hurry to get to the airport i didn't check my invoice receipt, we were charged for two breakfasts each morning where under our booking it should have been one with one complimentary. I contacted Marriott Reward requesting that i be refunded, they responded in 24 hours that the hotel had been contacted. In less than 48 hours Catherine Macdonald contacted me informing me that my account had been credited with the over charge and if i had any queries to contact her.
I am extremely impressed by this professional response to my problem. More
