Have had both breakfast and dinner here...very good...pasta with spicy marinara and shrimp excellent.friendly place with cozy ambiance...wish they were open more nights, but I try to get there whenever I have guests..never a disappointment.

This is a true surprise! What a find. It reminds me of the quaint, cozy spots found in our favorite ocean resort spots. Relaxing, and the best coffee we've found! The food is delicious and we were treated like friends or family. This will become our #1 spot!

Finally a restaurant in the area that doesn't make the same food as everyone else. I am thrilled that this place opened and will be going here every time I visit. It's a cozy and friendly bistro with excellent specials. Best restaurant at the beach. Hands down!

There is so much to look at when you visit the Anchor Light Inn....decorated with nautical items, you can spend hours looking at it all. The menu is varied and offers something for everyone. The food was excellent and served with smiles and friendly conversation. There is also a gift shop within the building offering many local collectible items. If you are going to Sylvan Beach, take a ride over the bridge to Verona Beach and visit the Anchor Light Inn for coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner. This was not my first visit and it certainly won't be my last. I can recommend their homemade soups, sandwiches and fruit cobblers from experience. If you love personalized, quaint places to eat, this is a MUST VISIT.

This is the former Verona Beach Hotel, which is now a bed and breakfast. The inn is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, however the dinner menu is very limited.(There is no steak, don't know if offered as a special. The special when we were there was turkey dinner). The prices are reasonable and the food is very good. The dinner rolls were crispy, hot and awesome. The chicken parm, peach pie and banana cream were delicious. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to provide good service and make you feel welcome. The décor is very cozy and quaint. Can't wait to try their breakfast and lunch.
