I was taking a class at the Center for Metal Arts nearby and needed a place to stay for the weekend. Meadowlark Farms was just up the road and the price per night was very reasonable! Dorothy is so lovely and welcoming! Her breakfasts we're amazing!! And she was willing to make breakfast at any time I needed! My room was very nice and the shared bathroom was very up to date and large. I highly recommend it and next time I take a class, I plan to stay there!

We stayed 3 nights at this B&B. It is clean and pet friendly. The breakfast made by Dorothy each morning was excellent. This is a good option for a reasonable price in the Warwick area. Very easy to find and in a picturesque area perfect for walks or runs on country roads.

Room Tip: The ensuite room with the king bed was perfect for us.

My boyfriend and I and our two dogs needed some R and R from our rat-raced urban life and we got it at MeadowLark Farm. Dorothy was extremely accommodating of the dogs, giving us towels to dry off after the dogs had a swim in a nearby lake. The king-size bed and room, with private bath, were just the right size for our party of four. Dorothy is a charming host and made us feel right at home. Her breakfasts were yummy and we loved chatting with her over breakfast, hearing stories about the history of the area. Our experience felt more like we were visiting friends, rather than formal accommodations. We will definitely go back to MeadowLake Farm, and sometime in the near future! Thank you Dorothy for welcoming us into your home and helping make our weekend such a lovely experience!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Dorothy and her beautiful lab Dolce! We were made to feel welcome immediately to this beautiful home. We were traveling with our adult children to a family wedding in Vernon, so the location was perfect. Each of the three rooms were nicely decorated, warm and inviting. We were served an amazing breakfast before we headed for home! A most enjoyable stay, would return again. Thank you Dorothy!

My girlfriend and I loved this place. For starters, its on a small farmland thats surrounded by beautiful landscapes and more farms. You get a true country feel the moment you enter the area this B&B is located in. Beautiful farm atmosphere accompanied by a wonderful hostess. Dorothy is very warm and she knows exactly how to make you feel at home with her pristine hospitality, cleanliness and superb country style breakfasts. The foods that she prepares are wholesome and delicious. Not your average bowl of cornflakes. Very impressive stuff. She definitely thinks outside of the box and prepares
breakfasts that will only seem fitting to the perfect farmland setting. The grounds are tranquil and if you love horses you will love waking up to her horse Smokey grazing and trotting around as you can view him from the windows of your room or bathroom. Her 2 black labs Dolce and Virgo will only add to the country home vibe as they are just adorable and lovable. No worries though, if you are not a dog person or a horse person, Dorothy accommodates to those preferences as well and makes sure that the pups are out of sight and out of mind. If you are a dog person, bring your dog with you. Either way you win. Come and go as you please throughout the day and night without the concern of disturbing anyone. We felt very comfortable at all times. We took Dorothy, the pups and horse in as friends from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this B&B for comfort, hospitality, tranquility and deliciousness. It is moments away from the Shawangunk Wine Trail. Many breweries just moments away as well. There is a strip moments away that has great bars, restaurants and shops. Farmers markets everywhere and beautiful landscapes. Its a no brainer place to stay.

Dorothy is such an excellent, welcoming host! She makes wonderful breakfasts, is such fun to chat with, and has a beautiful home with lots of friendly animals (dogs, a cat, and a horse!) which all adds to the charm of Meadowlark. She's also incredibly flexible and easygoing in terms of you coming and going, and timing breakfast to your schedule. We stayed in the Queen Suite---which shares a bathroom with the Princess Suite. (We were lucky that we didn't have to share it with anyone during our visit, but even if we did, we'd only be sharing it with one other room, so I doubt there'd be much overlap.) The bedroom was comfortable, bright, has a tv, good WiFi connection, and has a beautiful view of a field where you often see Smokey the horse grazing outside your window. The farm is also in a great location---a 10-minute drive to Warwick's charming Main Street, 15-minute drive from several farms/orchards/wineries/breweries/distilleries, and a 15-minute drive to hiking the Appalachian Trail.
