This is a fantastic hotel. The personal service is beyond compare, Giovanni is terrific. We had a room with a lovely private terrace we highly recommend. A wonderful Prosecco road tour was arranged for us with Stefana, who took us to 4 different styles of winery. We stayed two nights, one of which was while the restaurant was closed. Stefana took us to a very nice market where we purchased items for a picnic on our terrace with a bottle of Prosecco.

Room Tip: Room with a terrace

Absolutely the most fabulous hotel! We were greeted upon arrival by the hotel manager who whisked us straight to our rooms even though we were early and there before check-in. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh with fresh flowers. Dinner was superb at the hotel restaurant, where we were constantly checked on by the manager. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with lots of choices of pastries, fruit, toast, eggs, yogurt, cereal, jams...you name it. I can't wait to go back!

When you stay at a Relais & Chateaux property, you are entitled to expect the best. This can be hard to live up to, but Giovanni and his team pulled it off, and with flying colors. The property is cozy, elegant and orderly (there is not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere!) as are the staff. It’s not easy to both both warm/friendly and superlatively professional and prompt. The Michelin-starred meal sang. The hiking/biking/Nordic walking in the valley is gorgeous. A perfect stay.

Visit this hotel, if you like good service with a top class restaurant and extensive wine list, the bonus for us was that it was close to good walking areas and also to some of Northern Italy's less well known gems such as Asolo, Bassano del Grapa and Marostica. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Delightful hotel, very helpful, charming staff, thoroughly recommended for a couple wanting a quiet weekend. The food was delicious and impeccably served, very good wine suggestion. We hope to visit it again.
