We were on our way to a B&B in PA, and tried to find a place in Liberty NY for lunch, we only saw fast food places, so we went a few miles away and saw several cars in front of this small diner. The local cop was there, so we figured it had to be good. It said Italian, and it was! The decor was fifty's and we enjoyed seeing it all. The small room in the front also hosts a walk up area to order your food or pizza slices, but we directed to a table and menus were brought to us. Although they do have beer and wine, we still had a long drive in front of us so we opted for lighter beverages. We both ordered the home made Past Fagioli with some Italian bread. We were not disappointed. The bowls were large, and filled to the brims, we afraid to put our spoons in! The bread was very fresh, we saw it being delivered, and it was warmed in the oven, wow, a great meal. We were both very full. Although it was about 3 hours away from us -- I would go there again!!! The menu was full of plenty of food for any appetite.
