We just went to Gaucho Grill on Saturday night with friends and it is the first time we have been there in a few years. It made me wonder why we hadn't been back in so long! The food was excellent, we shared a stuffed artichoke and I had the seafood parpadelle. Others had filet mignon, chicken milanese and the seafood paella. We all were very happy with our meals. Don't miss the dulce de leche crepes, they are set on fire at the table and were just great!

Dined here for dinner last year with friends; loved the ambiance and appreciated the varied menu selections which satisfied all appetites. We wined and dined; drinks, food, service, all very good. A great time was had by all, and we left smiling even with empty wallets. $$$$. The other day, I was seeking a lunch spot in Westchester that offered sandwiches and salads with a pleasant atmosphere. Gaucho came to mind. They have a very good lunch menu; in addition to sandwiches, you can have a complete meal from soup to dessert, but we were looking for simpler fare. As a party of 4, we creatively ordered 4 different sandwiches to share. Highly recommended is the Argentinean Burger and the Gaucho chicken sandwich. The Panino Italian was fair, and the Gaucho Crab Cake is 2 thumbs down. (Very fishy). All sandwiches were served with fries, and they definitely could have used more time in the fryer. (Soggy). Would I come back again?......probably.

Did not expect the restaurant to be so large and nicely decorated. We were looking for a fun Friday evening and had passed it many times. Seated immediately at a large corner table without a reservation.

For appetizers we had the Tuna Ceviche and beet salad. The tuna was excellent and the beet salad very fresh and tasty. My wife ordered the filet medallions with wine sauce and I had the traditional Argentinian steak with fried sausages and mushrooms. Mine was the better choice. The steaks were chewy but cooked very well. We have visited Argentina and the treatment was very authentic. Desetr was a butter cake - light and fresh. Wine list is priced fairly with broad range we would go back.

We have been to this restaurant once before. At that time we had a wonderful experience. So we had a last minute opportunity for a "Date Night" and decided to go to Gaucho Grill, an Argentinean Steak House.
The interior of the restaurant is very attractive which makes it easy to relax. We had decided to split a large steak order a couple of sides and a couple of appetizers. We decided on the "Chairmans Reserve" Porterhouse. When the waiter came to take our order he suggested something that was not on the menu but was for sharing. A ribeye (about the same size as the porterhouse that came with roasted potatoes and crispy kale as well as grilled "jumbo" strip. As this was what the waiter suggested we ordered it.
Well this large presentation of food arrives at our table and it is what appears to be a full cows rib with a modest amount of meat and an overwhelming amount of potatoes and kale. The jumbo shrimp where not even large (maybe the 30/40 a pound size). Unfortunately the meat was average at best.
I mentioned the jumbo shrimp to the waiter and he ended up comping us coffee and desert if we wanted it. When we got our bill the steak dinner was $95.00 vs the porterhouse and sides would have been around $70.00
The waiter upsold us to an inferior meal. Most likely would not go back due to this experience.

I've been to Gaucho Grill many times and each time the service has been excellent. The menu is extensive & their wine selection is also superb. One of my favorite places to dine.
