We stayed at the Comfort Suites just prior to New Year's for four nights. The room size was good, and the beds (for me) were reasonably comfortable but my husband felt they were not. The pull-out couch mattress had a significant slope toward the head which would have been uncomfortable for an adult though my kids didn't seem to mind. Our room was reasonably clean to start with but was not well cleaned while we were there; noticeably, the floor was only vacuumed once and should have been each day due to the amount of traffic in and out, leaving visible debris. We unfortunately shared the floor with a group of people who did not feel consideration for others was important, and continually ran up and down the hall until midnight, repeatedly slamming doors. This occurred for two nights, and highlighted the lack of sound buffer between the individual rooms and the hallway. My biggest complaint was the breakfast buffet. The selections were average, which is fine, but on two of the four mornings there were no scrambled eggs, no hardboiled eggs, no yogurt, and no coffee. They were all out, and it was well before breakfast was slated to be over. That was disappointing. In all, I'd say it's a fine place to spend a night or two for a reasonable price but look elsewhere for nicer accommodations if you'll be spending several days in Boone.
