The lofts are so nice and make you feel like your at home. They are located on the main road of Bryson City. You can walk to great shopping, food, and fun. The beds and other furniture are so comfortable. Don't let only having two beds stop you from booking. We had a party of seven so we rented two. It was still cheaper and nicer than any of the motels we looked in to before we made reservations. My family already asked if we can come back soon.

Room Tip: Loft A is closets to the street, Loft D is closer to the parking lot.

This is a great loft. 2 bedrooms - king size beds, 2 bathrooms - such a great location. Fantastic decor, clean and so much room. Perfect for a family or two couples. Nice sitting area for the evening, table for dinning and a full kitchen. Love the dishes that were provided, a diswasher, washer/dryer if needed. They have thought of everything.
Highly recommend staying here.

Room Tip: all rooms similiar

Wow, we could live here after retiring. The pictures on the web site are spot on. We stayed in unit A. It was only the two of us, but 4 or 5 could easily stay here. The king bed downstairs was so comfortable. The queen upstairs in the loft looked just as comfortable. The bathroom in the loft was huge, although we used the one downstairs. The full kitchen was so roomy as was the living area. We loved the wooden table and chairs to eat on.

There is no elevator, so it will take some effort to carry up luggage. The location is perfectly located downtown. The owners were great to deal with and very helpful. Our reason for being here was the full solar eclipse, although 3 nights were not enough. If we return, this will easily be our first choice for lodging.

Our family booked A and B for our mini trip to Bryson City (first-time visitors). We were very pleased with the furnishings - very rustic, open floor-plans in both rooms. A was slightly larger than B - in the main living area. No more chairs, though, so it didn't count for much. Both beautiful units, close to everything. Parked behind the building, no problem. Walked to Pasquelino's for dinner, Polar Express train ride, Everett's for breakfast and Deli Filling Station for lunch. GREAT TRIP!

My wife and I stayed here with my sister-in-law & brother-in-law overnight after a wonderful excursion on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, which was just a short walk from Aloft. Our loft (Loft C) was very spacious, with 2 king beds and 2 full baths, a sitting area with flat screen TV, a good-sized dining area with seating for 6 and a full kitchen. One bedroom is enclosed with a door for privacy; the other is upstairs in an open lofted area. And all this spacious comfort came at a great price!
The lofts are right above McClanahans store, which makes up the ground floor of the pictured building. The lofts are entered from the far side of the building, not much to look at from the outside, but more than compensated by the interior decor and roominess. With all the amenities in each loft, it would make a great place to stay for an extended time where you could prepare your own meals. A ride on the GSMR and a visit to their model railroad museum with operating layouts are highly recommended during a visit to Bryson City

Room Tip: Loft C has 2 king beds, perfect for 2 adult couples; didn't see the other lofts, so can't comment on them
