We stayed at Embassy Suites for the location and it’s reputation. We were Not disappointed, the location to the NASCAR Hall of Fame and restaurants was perfect. We could walk to everything! The staff was professional and friendly . The Managers Happy Hour was available and Mark,Andrew and Maddie were great. The complementary breakfast was available and good. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.More

Jordan and Sam and the other valets were super friendly and helpful. Made for an easy great stay! Never had to wait long and they helped with bags. Always had smiles on their faces and were pleasant to be around.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly but my experience with the valet (Ryan and Logan) was phenomenal. They were great conversationalist and when I told them it was my first time in Charlotte they provided me with excellent knowledge about the city. I look forward to my next visit :)

Such a good stay with possibly the sweetest boys working valet. Logan and Ryan had greeted me with the biggest smiles. They got my car out very fast, created amazing conversation and even remembered me as I stayed for a couple days. Great stay can’t wait to go back

David was excellent ! He went above and beyond and got my sun glasses out of my car so That i didn't half to pull my car all the way around to do so...I really appreciate how nice fast and quick they get things done and get the cars

Absolutely the best place to stay. Outstanding staff. The front desk personnel was amazing. The hotel was clean and Pretty much flawless. There were many hotels to choose from in this area and I’m glad I chose here!
