Lovely hotel. Nice restaurants and good food. They serve Starbucks coffee for free both in the lobby some times and in your room. The staff is amazing. I think the housekeeper realized that I was under the weather. They left me extra tea bags for hot tea and extra tissues. Which I greatly appreciate. The gift shop staff were wonderful and made me laugh. It really made my night. I'm giving this hotel 4 out of 5 because it does not offer free Wi-Fi unless you join their rewards program. And when you do it appears that you only get 9 days. Also being under the weather I would have liked to have a microwave available on my floor. The only microwave available is in the lobby. Overall this hotel is very clean, very fancy and I highly recommend it. I was here for a work conference for 4 days. If you're interested in dining out, I recommend going around the corner to the local ramen place. It's amazing as well. Wonderful staff. Great service! The ambiance is amazing.
