Thai Taste is the place. It's a small little place on East Blvd, but the food keeps the place packed to the seams. I highly recommend Thai Taste, great Pad Thai and Massaman.

I had passed this place on East Blvd for years and decided to take my wife to dinner there, instead of going to the Thai Orchid (which we've been to dozens of times and enjoyed). The Mee Krob was an orange glob with a sticky sauce and finely chopped rice noodles and wilted lettuce. The Tom Yum with seafood was bland, watery and had 1 shrimp, 1 scallop. and a couple of pieces of calamari. We ordered 1. Pad Thai with seafood---again, the same orange sauce as the Mee Krob, with overcooked noodles, a few pieces of calamari, 1 scallop, and 3 shrimp---a sticky glob of noodles made mealy by pulverized peanuts. 2..Pud Gra Pow that was supposed to contain fresh chili and basil leaves, stir-fried with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, carrots, and chicken. There were about 3 or 4 torn pieces of basil, no chilis, and the chicken was swimming in a watery sauce that seemed to be about 95% soy sauce. Regarding the service, one would expect to get a serving spoon with each dish and one for the rice. We were told to keep our soup spoons and use them to serve the entres onto our plates. We were asked if we wanted desert after taking just a couple of bites of our food. The 5 squirt bottles of sauces on the table added some flavor to the very bland and stuck together noodles that were supposed to be Pad Thai and the Pud Gra Pow swimming in soy sauce. A pretty mediocre meal at best with a price tag of > $40.00. Not much value and certainly not much taste. Thai food is supposed to smell of herbs, excite the palate, and have depth of flavor. None of these were characteristic of the food we ordered.
