The smells coming up the street in Dillsboro, NC were too enticing to not follow. We were greeted and served by a wonderful young lady who had recently graduated from Western Carolina University. She must have had some culinary classes because she was very knowledgeable about the different styles of BBQ, Ribs, Rubs and Sauces. We had a terrific mix of Memphis Ribs, NC Pulled Pork BBQ and the best Brisket we've ever tasted. The creamy cole slaw was delicious, too!
