We've been going to Ai Fuji for 3+ years and seen owners and staff come and go. If it were not for the great Sushi chef we would no longer be customers. We don't even have to order....it's better than when a bartender remembers what you drink!! I'd give the Sushi chef 5 Stars and management one star....BECAUSE they have little to no customer service skills...BUT, you can always find them wiping/cleaning the menus...Sadly....the food is really good...but the service and management is at a minimum, "substandard".
