Ramada Hendersonville
Ranked #5 of 11 Hotels in Hendersonville

This place isn't terrible but you can do better. This hotel is neglected and could use some TLC. The furniture is ok but everything else seems worn out. There is a mildewy smell in the halls and in both of the rooms we used. The sheets and towels are really rough and thin and need to be replaced. The ceiling had some mold which may be due to a roof leak or something and probably is the reason for the odor. The bathrooms are also in need of refreshing because they are outdated and the pipes make a loud rattling sound when the neighbors turn the water on. They could also improve breakfast by making more space and offering better quality products. They were out of orange juice and eggs but they do have waffles. I'll try to find a better hotel next visit and I'll make a reservation before I arrive.

Room Tip: can't help you here, you might want to look at the room before you pay.

We spent one night here over Thanksgiving weekend. I thought it was an average hotel, nothing special, but nothing wrong. Breakfast was OK, with waffles, but no meat or eggs, typical for this price level.

This hotel needs to make great improvements in cleanliness. The room was not vacuumed and the sink, tub, and bathroom floor where nasty. The carpet was visably dirty and worn out. The towels were as hard as sandpaper and the sheets were transparent with holes. The breakfast room was very small and the choice looked unappealing so we decided to pay for breakfast at McDonalds. There have to be better hotels in Hendersonville.

Room Tip: You might want to look first or stay somewhere else.

Thank you for your review. Please accept my apology for housekeeping issue. I do beleive that good housekeeping is the key for hotel so I assure you in the future you will not have that issue.
For the breakfast, recently the Henderson county had changed rules for serving hot breakfast items. we are working on that new guidlines and soon we will able to serve hot items, which our guests loved it.
Again thank you for staying with us.

My husband and I recently stayed at this Ramada Inn and we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were large and very clean. The bathtub and surrounding tile were acrylic, having been put over the old porcelain tub and tile--we had the same thing done at our last house. So, there were no cracks or seams to accumulate mildew. There were ample amenities in the bathroom--soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion, plus, a shower cap. There were a coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave in the room, all of which worked. Breakfast was quite ample for a continental breakfast--three cold cereals (No Cheerios, but I managed to survive without them), oatmeal, bagels, toast, and English muffins. The first morning there, on a Tuesday, they even had bacon and what looked like a scrambled egg pancake. I've never seen the latter before. It was dry, but my husband likes his scrambled eggs very dry. I do not. But they were only offered that one day. I would have liked to have had bacon on the other days, at least.

The bed was a tad soft for our taste, but we slept well all three nights, so I guess it didn't interfere with our sleep.

All in all, we were highly satisfied with our stay. The front desk lady was friendly and fairly knowledgeable of the area, supplying us with some needed information.

So, if anyone out there wants a pleasant experience at a budget motel, this would be the place!

My family and I stayed here for one night on a road trip. We got what we paid for. The room was obviously dated and whilst it was clean on the surface you could see browning in the bathroom. As it's more of a roadside hotel there were no in house facilities so we ordered pizza through pizzahut who advertise in the room- it was awful- not the hotels fault but I wish they had some other dine in options advertised for guests.

We also requested a crib for our 9mth old son when we booked- however, when we checked in we were told that there wasn't one available. In the end one was found but it wasn't what i wanted to hear after a long drive!

This is a little petty- but there was also a dull clunking noise through the night in our room which was a little annoying.

The breakfast facility were far too small for the number of guests- there were only a handful of tables so we ended up going to a local Starbucks.

The location worked for us- very close to the highway. The place was also safe and in with other businesses.

Overall this worked for us for a fairly basic one night road trip stop, but thats about it.

We found a clean room and bathroom. I have no complaint with bad odors or dirt, but I was told when I reserved room, there would be refrig. Upon check in, our room had none, and we needed a freezer. The desk clerk was nice enough to help us with their main freezer. Thank goodness! We were transporting frozen soup...a very important package:-). The area was nice, but again, we were only there overnight and we were very satisfied and had a good night's sleep.
