Try the tomato basil soup served in their homemade bread bowl! This is better than dipping your bread in the soup any day!

Always stop here when I'm in the area, whether to eat or to browse their latest eclectic collection of interesting things. The food is good! Fresh, interesting, light or heavy, depending on your mood. Yummy desserts. Open dining area, like a country farmhouse. But, oh, the shopping. Fun stuff from Christmas lights to cowboy decorator pillows, funky fun jewelry, ladies casual fun clothes, home decor; dishes, jellies, a little bit of everything, and new stuff coming in always. Prices are good, not expensive, but good quality. A great place to have lunch and browse.
Brought two grandchildren on an overnight trip to Flat Rock .... stopped here for lunch ..... delicious food and they were great with the kids ages 5 and 7. They loved the gift shop too!
We stopped at a couple of wineries and found this restaurant during our outing. Gladly we missed the lunch crowd and pretty much had the place to ourselves. We sat on the outside veranda and had a lovely lunch. There were six of us and we were all pleased with our meals. Great service and really good food. Lovely atmosphere. Cute store. Only suggest: surprised the store didn't carry any North Carolina pottery. Would have been tempted to buy something had they carried such pottery.
Visiting this restaurant was high on my list in Hendersonville. It was right across the street from our hotel. We ate on the open porch for lunch and enjoyed our meals. Wonderful gift shop inside. A tea room atmosphere with sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts.
