We booked two soccer teams into this hotel for a recent soccer tournament. The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were very pleasant. The layout of the food area for the complimentary breakfast was awkward, especially for a crowd; however the staff worked hard to keep it replenished. Overall very pleasant stay.

Prepaid room, once returned home I found out I was billed again. Called and person that night unable to assist and had to call corporate and still waiting for refund. The original person was not able to see prepay or either didn't try to look. Either way I presented prepay info and still got no where until calling corporate

The hotel is nice but it is showing it's age.

Most hotel rooms now have an 'electronic station' to recharge iPhones, iPads, etc. In this room, you have to crawl under a table to plug some of them in.

There also was an issue with the plumbing. There was NO cold water coming out of the bathroom faucet for the sink. When we mentioned it to the young man working the front desk, he replied, "Yes, some other guests have told us about it too." We then had to asked him for some cold bottles off water for us to drink that evening.

In addition, the water in the tub, after a bath, took quite awhile to drain.

So I think there are multiple 'plumbing issues' that need to be addressed.

Now, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast fine.

Carpet needs cleaned desperately, bathroom floor was also sticky, needed a good mopping; other than that everything as expected. Staff were very pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Fridge in room that was very cold. Location is also good.

This was my first visit to this Hampton & it was profoundly representing the Hampton standards. I was given some great suggestions for dinner just across the way. The staff was very friendly, smiling and welcoming.

I was impressed with the hotels customer service. I was able to check in a bit early and also was able to ahve a late check out. The place was clean and conveniently located. I was there on business. I always stay at Hampton's I find the service to be consistent.

A fairly standard Hampton Inn...which is a good thing!
Staff were great, friendly and helpful.
Pool area was lovely! Lots of chairs, a couple of umbrellas. An outside restroom would have been fabulous instead of having to walk back to your room or walk all the way to the lobby.
Rooms were usual Hampton Inn standard, again, a good thing. Clean, very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the air conditioner (wall unit) was ridiculously loud. Every time it kicked in, I was awake. The maintenance guy came by the next day to try and rectify the problem. It helped some but was still pretty loud.
Good location close to interstate but not too many restaurants nearby.
