Faceless hotel with no charm. Staff pleasant. Breakfast pickings low level. Not even Greek yogurt. For $200 was a $98 experience. Faces onto a gas station and large parking lot. The hotel could use a facelift. No major problems. but a lot to pay for a low level hotel.

The hotel failed to notify us in advance that major renovations are taking place. This meant that a construction crew was using jackhammers continuously between the hours of 10am and 6pm. The unbearable noise was audible in all parts of the hotel. Lucky for us, the crew even works weekends! The GM claims that nothing can be done because the decision is made by "corporate." If you want a sign of how bad it is, I would note that the housekeeping crew wears earplugs!

Close the the exit fro I-40, about 2 miles from large Mall, plenty of eating joints. Just a nice place to stay. Easy to find, easy to get into and out of. Plenty of parking and currently being upgraded. The breakfast is somewhat lacking though.

love this hotel for its location, quietness, clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was well stocked and a good variety of food choices. This is the best family friendly hotel around. The suite had two tvs, kitchen area, separate thermostats in the living and bedroom. Jet tub was phenomal, great relaxing stay here.

Stayed here while on a business trip. Great service & staff. Great features. The rooms could have been a little more... comfortable. But service made the stay worth it. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was great! Plenty of food.
