My husband and I had the tilapia with parmesan special: crispy, hot, fresh fish served up with a generous helping of mashed potatoes and grilled veggies, crusty bread. Other family had the cheese ravioli and chicken cacciatori. Dessert was the tiramisu and chocolate ice cream covered in hard chocolate. Opera and friendly service completed our wonderful lunch. We'll be back!

Went there for lunch to avoid the typical fast food junk. It was delicious and home made and wasn't too expensive. Can't wait to go for dinner and sample some more, including a nice glass of wine.

We highly recommend this place for Italian food on the east side of Raleigh. The food is very good. Do not let the poor location fool you. Ambiance is OK but you are there for the food.

We went to this restaurant based on reviews and pictures of food. It is in a shopping center next to a Vapor store. Very "interesting" crowd in the parking lot and near restaurant. We were greeted and sat right away as the place was empty at dinner time (first clue place has slipped as this was a Saturday night) and we viewed the menu which had a lot of choices. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan which was to be pan fried and then baked. We also ordered a Caesar salad. The salad arrived and it was small and bland. Not at all worth $4.95.Packaged croutons. I could do better at home. We were brought garlic bread. It was a small baguette which we received part. It was gone fast as it was so small. We told our server we were big bread eaters and he told us no more bread for us now as we will get some with our dinner! How odd to say this. The entree came out and mine lacked much sauce as was needed. No bread was brought out. Yet another request for it. We finally got a small amount. Smaller than initial amount. How cheap of them. The chicken was deep fried and hard. The sauce was good and pasta hot. Drinks were filled eventually too. We did not order dessert based on the other poor food. We got the bill and they charged me for the extra sauce! Their lack of initial sauce as dining companion had more on theirs than mine initially. How cheap of them to charge for this.! We are never going back again. Also be warned, the woman (mother/grandmother) and man (son/grandson) who were speaking English initially started speaking Italian. Just remember that many people speak multiple languages or understands it. It appears they were not saying nice things about customers who just walked out and us who were still there. We were not impressed by their alleged negative comments about customers. There are many Italian restaurants in Raleigh and we suggest you go there for authentic Italian food.
