Domaine de la Roseraie is a great place to relax and unwind in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. The staff are so friendly and welcoming - nothing is too much bother. There are lots of great touches like the djellabas in the bar for you to wear in the evenings when the suns gone in, or fresh towels brought to you by the pool when you sit should you wish to swim. The rooms are spacious but comfy with traditional Moroccan touches and gorgeous Argan oil products in the bathroom.

There are different rooms for breakfast lunch and even more for dinner which breaks things up - the large restaurant with beautiful lighting, Moroccan seating and round sociable tables was my favourite and the French onion soup one of the best we've tasted!

The spa is the jewel in the crown - a world class example of a spa experience with the most beautiful rooms and latest treatments, jacuzzis and rest and relaxation areas with roaring fires, blankets books and fresh tea.

It's a domaine that's been built up by family over the years and couldn't be replicated - can't wait to book again!

Picture is of my favourite view from the Roseraie.

We stayed over New year's eve and had an amazing time! The owners and staff were very helpful indeed, friendly and dynamic. The NYE's party was brilliant! Not to forget the amazing Spa and natural surroundings... We loved it and from far one of our best experience in Morocco!

Room Tip: some suites have their private swimming-pool & Jacuzzi

Only here for one day but what an impression it made on me. The brochures just don't do it justice . The location is glorious with an African feel but with luxury and serenity. Food superb and friendly staff. Wish I could have stayed longer.

This property has seen better days. The rooms are tired and worn; outside areas show years of neglect. Food was shockingly bad. Dinner, almost inedible--a "french" menu that was anything but. Fish was hard with a gloppy sauce; desserts (a chocolate 'pudding cake was overcooked and hard; a "frangipane" dried out and inedible. Breakfast nearly as bad. Either their regular chef was away or they simply don't know how to cook. A disappointment in every way.

Beautiful room, glorious garden of roses, excellent food at every meal and a great spa. It just doesn't get any better than La Roseraie. We were there for just two nights and could easily have stayed a lot longer. The staff is very helpful and the spa on the premise is first class.
