Great tea room which serves up the best cakes and light lunches in a beautiful walled vegetable garden. A nice little boutique shop is located in the gardens also. Try the chocolate ice cream, super rich.

Great place to stop after or before a walk around Baggy Point.
Cake and cream teas are their specialty-previous review suggesting use of “squirty”
cream I cannot believe.
Dog friendly and can get busy but not a problem when you’re relaxing on holiday

Ordered Devon cream tea which was listed as coming with clotted cream. It arrived with whipped or aerosol cream, without any excuse or apology. The jam was cheap, out-of-a-tin, with no discernible pieces of fruit, but it did come with 1 sliced freshish strawberry - no compensation. Tea was okay. Won’t be coming back

Lovely warm scones with clotted cream, jam and fresh strawberries in a quaint walled garden. The location is awesome and within a few metres you can be be rock pooling on Croyde beach or making your way to Baggy point.

Lovely surroundings, delicious cake, worth a visit when youve been hill climbing and to the beach. Will come back.
