“Lovely cottage”
Reviewed October 28, 2014 for a stay in October 2014

Had a fantastic stay - really comfortable cottage in a lovely spot. Great finishing touches to make it a home from home including a wonderfully generous welcome package. Fiona was so very helpful and a mine of information regarding local history and wildlife. Loved watching the deer in the back field. Traveled all over Scotland which is incredibly beautiful in the Autumn..fortunate enough to see Dolphins right next to the vessel on our boat trip from Cromerty.! A beautiful unspoiled part of the world and a cottage that was so cosy to return home to in the evenings - to light the wood burning stoves and sink into the deep bath was bliss, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and the bed was comfy. Would love to visit again, thanks Fiona x

“Fantastic”

booked this online and did not expect such a welcome, the six of us had paddled the Spey to the Sea, the property was warm and comfortable, Fiona goes all out to welcome you in. I must say this place is a jewel of a find.

“I would advice it to everyone”
Reviewed August 11, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Fiona, the owner is very helpful and easy- going when we left.
The cottage is, what has been described. So no disappointments.
The cottage was clean and well equipped.
Her welcome package is unexpected and tremendous.
If we are in the neighbourhood we will certainly rent this cottage again.
The cottage has a big bath, but not suitable for very old people. A bit hard to get in and out. No shower.

“Lovely well equipped cottage in a beautiful part of the country”
Reviewed July 25, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

I stayed in the cottage with my daughter and her two infant children, It was well equipped, perfectly clean and a lovely peaceful location, while not too far from a main town. The welcome pack was appreciated and was of the highest quality and indeed quantity. If you are looking at this cottage , stop looking and start booking. You will not regret your choice.

“Beautiful cottage”
Reviewed July 20, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

This is a beautiful cottage in a quiet location, less than 5 minutes walk from a lovely shingle beach. The owners have taken care to update and equip the cottage to a high specification. There are playgrounds, walks and cycle routes near by and we watched dolphins jumping in the sea just the other side of the river mouth. There is a locked shed where you can store cycles which is a great way to explore this beautiful part of Scotland.

“Great location with plenty of walks and nearby golf”
Reviewed June 1, 2014 for a stay in May 2014

Visiting relatives who stay nearby. What a super spot. Ideal for bird watching, walking, golf, and the local pub only a short stroll away through the village. Rental property very cosy and furnished to a high standard. Made to feel very welcome not least by the welcome pack itself which was an added bonus.
No need to look for anywhere else to stay during my next trip to the area !
