Generally my holiday was great. Forum hotel is not so expensive, and it includes breakfast, lunch and supper. All the dishes are very delicious. Furthermore, it does not take too much time to get to the beach in order to swim. The hotel staff are kind, and it is also possible to leave the card key on the reception desk if you go swimming. In addition to this, the hotel is pretty small unlike others, and due to this it is not overcrowded. On the other hand, at my first day I had to wait for two hours until the end of check-in procedure. I had arrived at 12:00 pm and check-in was finished at 2:00 pm, and as a result I missed the lunch in the hotel, which is open from 12 to 2. However, thanks God there are some cafes and restaurants nearby, and they are not really expensive. What is more, the Wi-Fi was not working constantly, sometimes its work was interrupted by the lack of signal. But despite these issues, I spent a good time relaxing in Bulgaria. My grade - 8 out of 10.

Awful the only nice thing about this hotel is the room the staff are rude and the food isn't even fit for a homeless guy (as we witnessed) we have paid out more money to eat out as we could not bare to have repeated and recycled food anymore the pool wasn't working and there is no entertainment the bar is a joke so again we had to spend more money out they couldn't be bothered to change the light bulbs so our bathroom I had one flimsy light and no kettle in the room you get charged for the mini bar even though your all inclusive one of which they don't tell you but they also take the contents away each morning even though you havnt finished so I suggest you don't leave money around as they would probably take that away because you having spent it when they expect you to
This hotel is more money than it's worth please take my advice and stay anywhere else but here

We booked this hotel through holiday gems through their website a week before we flew...then we looked at the reviews on here and started to worry - there was no need. The hotel is small but the rooms are big, the pool does what you'd expect and you are close to Nessebar and Sunny beach (but not to close that you can hear the depravity!)
This was a family holiday with two little girls (5 and 6), the staff were brilliant with them, they are nor all the smiliest bunch but most were very pleasant. The rooms had all that we needed and was in pretty good condition, the bar gave me alcohol so no complaints there. The only slight issue was the food, it wasn't great hence 4/5 and not higher. It was edible but nothing great. We paid for all inclusive but ate out a couple of nights as it is so cheap in Bulgaria.
Another thing that was missing if we were to return would be entertainment, there is none, not for children, not for adults, nothing. We amused ourselves and didn't see this as a major issue but others might.
All in all this is not a UK 4 star resort but it's nowhere near as bad as the rubbish written about it on here. Give it ago, its cheap and did what we wanted...

Room Tip: Family room was massive and we had the biggest balcony in the hotel...Top floor A41

The hotel it's self is ok,most of the staff will not smile.
Rooms are of a good size but our balcony was very small.
Hardly ever ate in the restaurant as food not that good ( lunch is the best time to go).
The tiles round the pool are very slippery so don't run and keep off the shiny ones.

B&B would be a better option.

the only staff that smiled was the pool bar staff and the cleaner . a pool of water was left in the restaurant door way during lunch . breakfast was awful , we ended up going to the restaurant opposite . room was large and kept clean by the lovely cleaner . spent most of the days out in the town , on the beach or at our friends hotel

Room Tip: stay in rooms over entrance . main road on the other side

Just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel. The room was good and spacious. Staff not very friendly lacking in customer service. Food average and very basic not enough choice. Breakfast awful mainly continental style. The drinks were poor and again limited in choice. Could pay for other drinks at a pay bar, but why should you have to pay extra on all inclusive package. Could not even get soft drinks and Water at certain times as restaurant would close. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
