We booked this hotel as a last minute get-away for the family. We had two adults and two teenagers (15 & 16) with us.
We arrived at 2am and the security on the door were more than happy to help with our luggage. We were greeted at reception by a German receptionist. Luckily, I was able to speak a little German so was able to inform her we were English speakers. They had even gone out their way to prepare sandwiches, fruit and cake for us. They gave us the password for the wifi which we were told worked all through the hotel.

The rooms weren't massive; just enough for 2 beds, a dresser and a chair. The bathroom was a little small with the toilet behind the door, but they were ok for the week. We stayed on the seventh floor, the floor which you had to press your phone against the balcony door to get any wifi. I was in room 720 and the views off the balcony was a nice view of the beach and you could see for miles. Rooms were cleaned pretty much everyday and the cleaners were nice and friendly.

The hotel on the whole was pretty good. The majority of the staff were friendly and it was always clean and tidy. There was a decent indoor bar opposite the restaurant which had a pool table but you had to get tokens from the bar. There were very few English speaking people there so if you like to be sociable then this isn't the place for you. The majority of the people there were German or Russian.

The pool was outside the hotel, connected by a bridge. The water was pretty cold but it was clean. The outdoor bar ran all day, serving snacks at lunchtime and ice cream at 3. There was minimal entertainment in the daytime but the 4 entertainers kept the day going and were always keen to get everyone involved. There were 2 slides that went into a separate pool and a smaller one for younger children. There were a few lifeguards around the pool but didn't seem to care what was going on. Inflatables and balls were allowed in the pool. The only downside was the fact that the pool was boltic. It was absolutely freezing!!!

The night entertainment wasn't the best and one of the things that let the hotel down. I really recommend going into town for a few drinks in the evening. There are plenty of places to get drinks and some bars cost 1 lev for a pint (that's 50p). Town is really cheep and there are lots of shops that sell copy/fake items but at a really decent price. There were lots of places to eat out and some places are really generous with their portion sizes. Just down the road from the hotel is a kebab stall which is what we needed after seeing (and tasting) the food in the hotel.

The food wasn't great at all. The meat was uncooked some night and by the time you'd got your dinner/lunch it was cold by the time you sat down. Breakfast wasn't the best so after the first day I'd chosen to lie in and skip breakfast. Lunch was 12-2 and cold chips and raw meat was on the menu everyday. I recommend that you have lunch by the pool and have hotdogs for the pool bar. Tea/dinner was alright but it was the same kind of food everyday. The drinks were juice, tea, coffee, water and milk on tap along with wine. If you wanted beer or fizzy pop then you had to ask a waiter but who knows when it comes.

We went as a couple tu Burgas Beach Hotel in Sunny Beach. Great location, right on the beach. The rooms need an upgrade: old carpet, the shower was leaking, the tub looked very old. The food is also not very good: a lot of sauces, not a good variety on fruits. The drinks are made with cheap alcohool. The pool is very nice.

This was my third time here and I was happy with the hotel as with the food. I would like to say few words about the animation team. This is the only thing that mostly changes every year. There might be few members from the past years but basically the team is new. This year I was very happy with them. Very well organized activities, programs, specifically the going outs. I do appreciate all the efforts they have been doing. From the early morning till late night they provide their bests. I'd like to mention Alexander's, Yustinana's and also Yana's performance. Thank you very much for them indeed.

Burgas Beach Hotel is perfectly located by the sea.
Service was OK, animations were interesting.
Room was rather small but clean and we get new towels and bottle of mineral water every day. Food was great and various, beer was weak but drinks at the swimming pool were tasty and strong.
There is a gym but it has no AC so its difficult to excercise.
Unfortunately, deckchairs and umbrellas at the beach are not free, but we prefer to spend time at the swimming pool area.
Wifi is good at the swimming pool, in the rooms its working bad.
The hotel well deserves its 4 stars.

Originally we wanted to travel to Tunisia but due to the recent events we changed our plan, and we didn't regret it at all!

We travelled az 3 adults and got into a room (double bed plus one) it was a bit small for us but that's not the Hotel's problem I think.
The hotel itself is reltively clean, and is on a really good position almost next to the beach.

They have two bars from 10-24h with a one hour shutdown (to clean and refill etc.), little pity that there are no bars (with all inclusive) next to the beach only at the pool and inside the building.

The food was good, sometimes with themes such as balcan and Bulgarian dinners, breakfast is the same every day but there are so many variations.
Drinks are good, we mainly drank alcoholic ones, there are little water in everything, but still not bad.

The waiters and bartenders dont really smile, but at least they do they jobs,
The animation team is working with 120%, programs are mainly for children but at night adult also can have some fun (also but credits to the animator Alexander, please give him a big raise for me).

The pool is also good, with 2 slides and with a bigger swimming pool, but closes at 18:00 and after that you cannot use it till next morning (and I dont understand why). Also everything closes at 00:00, but there is still some party at the nearby hotels.

Also the elevators are horrible, even thought there are 4 the programming of them are horrible sometimes we even had to wait like 10 minutes for one to arrive (but luckily we were on the 5th floor).
