Hotel lovely. Staff brilliant. Except night staff must have woken her up when we arrived. Linen gets changed on Saturday towels Tues. Safe for kids as there are security guards to enter and exit. Met lovely people out there that go every year so they look after everyone. Defo going back. Be carefull of taxis drivers. Yellow cabs r the best.

Just got back from spending a week here it's not a bad place but there was very little information given about the place we were due to stay at nessebar fort club but we asked to be moved because we were put on the 4th floor with no lifts not ideal especially with small kids and buggys so we stayed here and were put on the second floor there was a woman at reception who I thought was rude, everything seemed very far apart, for a big place I didn't think there was much to do we got taxis most of time to the centre it would take about 15-20 mins to walk which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't on such a busy road,I had to go looking for the cleaners to get clean towels etc i wouldn't return to this hotel again

The place is ok with many swimming pools but no curtains/shutters in the room so it's hard to sleep in the morning. It's a bit far from the main street where shops and bars are and the beach.
I don't think I'd go back there.

We are in our last days of our 2 week holiday, visiting with our 3 children. The compound is located right next to a very busy road, but is closed in by gates, which makes is safe to let the older kids out to play on their own. The gardens mainly consists of 9 pools suitable for most ages, several playgrounds, two restaurants and a small shop. The pools are rarely crowded, and there are usually plenty og sunbeds. There is no sunshade/umbrellas by the sunbeds. Exept for swimming (and the playgrounds) there is little to do on the compound, and there is little information on other possibilities outside the compound. The room was very nice, but the beds were til hard.
The children mostly enjoyed themselves, and so did we.

The main concern about the whole stay was that there was absolutely no fire safety procedures or equipment in the building! We asked for a room on one of the first floors, due to no elevator and our need to bring a pram, but we were placed on the 4th floor. There was no fire alarm, no extinguisher, no sprinkling system and no other exit than via the hallway and stairs (or jumping from the balcony...). Had I known this in advance, I would probably have booked our vacation in a different hotel.

The beach is located a 10-20 min walk away, on a not to pram-friendly road (crowded and narrow sidewalk, or not sidewalk at all, and crazy drivers talking little regard for pedestrians).
All in all, a nice holiday at a nice hotel, but the area in itself is not to exiting for a family with small children.

+ The appartment was big with 2 bedrooms. The hole complex is clean and there were always sunbeds availeble.
- The beds were terrible and the staff could be more service minded. There were no entertainment and no place where we could find information about trips or other things happening. 20 minutes walk to the beach. We would llike to use the SPA but staff didnt understand a word in English, so that didnt happen. In general the staff didnt speak welll english. We were situated at 4th floor, and there are no elevator. Restaurant at the complex was avarage and we didnt use this for more than lunch. There are many swimmingpools. but most of them suiteble for younger kids. There were only one swimmingpool suiteble for older kids and grownup.

Room tip: Ask for a room on 1 or 2 flloor and wiht a view to swimmingpool.
