Having visited this great hotel with my husband decided to return with my sister who loved it also. We were greeted by friendly reception staff , lovely spacious room. The food is very good and we visited the Asian Restaurant which was also very good. There is plenty of sunbeds and a short walk to the hotel's private beach where you can get lunch although is very basic was very good and drinks. Outside the front of the hotel is a bus stop which we got on to visit Nessebar which is well worth a visit although the buses can get very packed. Will be visiting again in the future.

Visited Riu in August as a full day pass. Arriving at the hotel and entering the reception gave me a real sense of a palace. Beautifully decorated with helpful staff. Arrived at 10:30 and took full advantage of the late breakfast. Limited choice but wasn’t long until we had to wait for lunch at 12pm. Great choice of Lunch hot & cold food with deserts and ice cream.
Lovely pools and plenty of sunbeds. Kept spotless around the pool and inside hotel. Dinner was good, Again a good variety of dishes and attentive staff. Only let down was the evening entertainment that night. It was called the crazy crew or something similar, but was painful to watch. Wasn’t funny and choreography and music was awful. I’m assuming it was a one off that night but they should really sack them off and get another group on stage. Overall absolutely loved it and I’d happy stay here for a week or more.

We had s lovely stay for a week very relaxing. Staff were friendly and polite. We had a room on 6th floor with amazing views. Plenty of wardrobe space. Fridge in room but not filled with drinks. No tea & coffee making facilities which would have been nice. Also had to pay £20 per week for safe never paid for this before.
Beautiful grounds very clean & tidy. Lots of pools and have never seen so many available sunbeds no matter what time of the day!! Shame that the pools were so cold as we love to swim but found it really freezing.
FOOD- this is probably what let's this hotel down. Have stayed in riu hotels before & this is not the same standard.
Overall a lovely holiday would go back to Bulgaria & maybe stay at the new adults only hotel they are building next door.

Lovely 3 year old large hotel on far edge of sunny beach. The hotel stands out against the others on sunny beach. The view each morning from our room on the 7th floor was amazing. Food was good with plenty of choice. There were 2 main things that let them down. Firstly, the quality of the spirits are very poor, all unbranded and very sweet tasting. There was no option to purchase branded spirits at an additional cost. Also, the temperature of ALL the swimming pools were far too COLD. Even the indoor pool was cold and the sea seemed to be warmer! What a great shame when the pools looked lovely. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Just returned from this hotel, was very impressed with the hotel and the staff, who were all very helpful and attentive. The hotel has plenty of bars and places to eat. However, the food served in the main restaurant was very average, considering the high standard of food in all the other Riu hotels my wife and I have stayed in previously. Riu as a company need to put something in place to improve this area as it’s the only area letting the hotel down.
