After a work trip went unexpectedly long I checked in for the night based on a local recommendation. I was beyond impressed! I stay in a lot of small town hotels for work but this was extra nice!
Beautiful, grand lobby entrance! The room was very clean & well maintained. Great for work with a nice big desk & lots of electrical outlets. The toiletries were excellent quality. The towels, sheets & pillows were super fluffy, good quality & comfy. So was the bed! Fairly modern décor & you can tell housekeeping went the little extra steps to place the pillows nicely & fold the corner of the bath mat etc....
Fully stocked with bottles of water, (I've had to pay for bottles at some hotels) all the coffee & tea needs, big fridge, microwave, even the little things that some hotels forget about like a notepad & pen.
Hallways were dated. Didnt use the fitness area. Included a nice, simple hot breakfast in the morning with tasty coffee. I didnt eat dinner here but there was a great pub just across the street (the forty eight) with really good food & drinks.More
