This new hotel was very comfortable. It is clean, bright, has a good exercise room, which is connected to a room holding a pool table and a business centre that provides 2 computers and a printer for guests at no charge. There appears to be laundry facilities for longer term guests. Reception area very nice; complementary continental breakfast great - includes a waffle maker and fixins'! I would definitely return. My friend stayed at a nearby hotel and said next time he'd be staying at Days too. Only downside is that the only nearby eateries are fastfood outlets. I was 'flying' so not car with me, and I decided to walk for dinner. There wasn't too much to choose from...but i LUCKED OUT by finding a Sushi Restaurant about 3 blocks away that was busy, bright and had some of the best sushi I've had...ever!

A really nice Hotel in a small town. The staff was super nice, from the front desk, to the breakfast lady, and even the fellow mopping the floor, everybody had a smile and a freindly hello for you. A nice change. The room had two queens with 4 pillows on each bed, a fridge, extra sink outside the bathroom, and a micorwave. The room was very clean and very well maintained. The elevator broke down twice while we were there but it was not a big deal and the staff was very apologetic about the situation and offered any help they could. The included breakfast is fresh and is well stocked with eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, cereals, yogurts other things and of course coffee tea and juices. This was a nice Hotel that is well maintained with nice staff that seem to care about their job and their facility. A good place to stay.

Reserved a king, when I got checked in there was only queens available. Exercise room is pathetic, no elliptical and the bike is out of order. Unless you want to run, you're out of luck. Room is clean but Mattresses and quilts have seen better days. old school TV's. Maybe I'm too picky but I stayed at an excellent hotel in Fort St John last night, for less than this one.

This is quite a comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was reasonable although the dining room is quite small.
We had a room on the ground floor next to the fitness room.
The problem for us was noise which we thought was the hum coming from an air conditioning unit.
It was not until returning to the room after breakfast that we realised the noise could be heard in the passage. On further investigation it appeared to be reverberating through the walls from two large commercial refrigerators in a storeroom off the kitchen.
Another source of annoying noise was the constant opening and closing of the door between the foyer and the passage as guests came and went early in the morning.
Since a large number of trades people seem to use this hotel, possibly due to its promotion of serving early breakfast then perhaps management should try and locate the early risers separate from the other guests.
A simple question at the time of booking together with significant sound deadening in the walls could fix this inconvenience.

Room Tip: Ask for a room well away from the kitchen and passage doors.

I had not been too impressed with Days Inns in the past, but this place is great. Really nice staff, large light rooms well equipped with good tv, two desks, frig., and microwave and good high quality bath amenities including decent towells. Guest laundry was clean and well maintained. Excellent hearty free breakfast. They require a big deposit on your credit card-I think to discourage dirt, grease, oil, etc. from all the oil field young guys who stay here. But the place was quiet-no problem from so many young guys staying. When you walk in, there is a sign telling you not to come in with muddy shoes!!! We would definitely make of point of staying here again.

Well run and maintained. This hotel serves the oil and gas trade and the signs are all over the parking lot and entryway (mud). The hotel is three years old I am told, but it seemed brand new! The location is a bit of a hike to the museum and downtown and restaurants are not plentiful either. However I felt at home at this hotel and loved my stay there.

We stayed here for 1 night while in town for a concert. It was way better than I had even expected. Beautiful clean room, friendly front desk girls and an awesome breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, muffins, pastries, cereals, etc). I will definately stay here every time I am in town. Thanks.
