My 3 girlfriends and I spend an April weekend at Wild Renfrew for a girls weekend and had the most amazing stay in one of their oceanfront cottages.
The cottage was clean, cozy and completely updated. The staff were super friendly and so helpful with everything we needed, they even stopped to give us umbrellas when they drove by us out walking in the rain :)
This is an amazing place for friends, couples and even families if you are looking for some westcoast adventure.
When we were there they were setting up propane fireplaces on the decks, I can't wait to go back again when they are done and get so spend a little more time outside.
the only suggestion I would make is getting bigger coffee makers in the cabins, when we all wanted our morning cup of coffee waiting for the single cup maker seemed a little silly.

Room Tip: There is one room with a beautiful outdoor fireplace, unfortunately it was booked already when we booked but it would be worth getting!

Husband and I have stayed there several times and always loved our quiet time by the sea there. Since the renos, the cabins are very much updated and lovely. Staff was always very courteous and friendly. Bar and restaurant had great food. Will go back for sure! And just to make it a little bit better, two pokestops and a gym for us die-hards! Cheers, A&I for Victoria

Wild Renfrew Cottages are absolutely phenomenal. I didn't know what to expect the first time visiting and was pleasantly surprised at how in love I fell with this place. The Ocean views & the rustic yet clean/modern feels are just perfect. Surrounded by lush coastal greenery and powerful ocean, you can't go wrong staying here. The patios are covered which is fabulous on a rainy day, as you can still sit outside and enjoy a coffee or beverage of your choice!

We have stayed here twice now as we loved it so much the first time. This round we rented the cottage with the private fire pit and totally loved it. We enjoyed a weenie roast and s'mores, as well as some drinks. Made for a relaxing evening.

If you don't want to bring your own groceries the Pub is a moments walk away. The food and service has been wonderful each time we went! Coastal kitchen was fantastic as well!

Can't say a negative thing about this place. It's unique, beautiful, and truly an island gem. ❤️

While Port Renfrew may never become the next Tofino that is not a bad thing. The Wild Renfrew Seaside Cottages are a great spot to experience the rugged and untamed beauty of Canada's West Coast free from the crowds and commercialization that may be found elsewhere. The Renfrew Pub, just a few steps away, has great food, more than just pub fare. Take the Pacific Marine Circle Drive and spend a couple of days exploring this great spot on the west side of Vancouver Island.

My husband and I stayed here for four wonderful nights. Comfortable beds, quiet setting, what more could you ask for!! The rooms have everything you need, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishes, cutlery & glassware. We brought a few treats with us, bagels, croissants, hot chocolate, whip cream, kahlua to have while we sat back by our fire and for breakfasts. The pub just a few steps away has the most amazing food and a wonderful selection of beer. And the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We originally booked for three nights, but there was so much to see and explore we stayed an extra night so we could check out more of the area. We saw deer, fowl and even a bear( not in town) . They even have a crib board and cards in the room if thats your thing.
