Good location ,and good staff. Best hot tub/pool area on the hill. The food and beverage ....both in food but especially the service has improved greatly in the last few years. Some of the more comfy beds we have found in a hotel. I just wish they offered an "eco friendly" rate on all of their packages ,instead of only as a stand alone rate. It's easy to say eco friendly but.......

Great hiking and downhill Mountain biking.
Almost Nobody There.
Next Time we better stay in The Hotel instead of renting a Residence Appartement.
The Hotel needs Renovation soon.

Only stayed one night as I was on a tour with Gate 1 travel.
Very nice rooms and large in size did not get a room with a great few but that seems to be the normal thing with tour group.
Great sitting outside side enjoying the pool and spa which is a added bonus.
Nice breakfast and staff very helpful would consider staying here if I come back to Sun Peaks again.

Extremely noisy group upstairs partied from 10pm on in to the wee hours past 2AM with loud baseline/music and loud raucous laughing. Not impressed whatsoever with the response to noise complaints. Hotel manager warned upstairs group twice but the volume of noise and music was not changed.

In case guests continue to create excessive noise despite repeated requests from our duty managers, we do advice them of our intention have them evicted.

Great property with the potential to be an excellent one. A few small issues that need to be worked out but overall a relaxing 4 days! On this trip we had issues with our room being made up each day and had to call the front desk to have it resolved but not very satisfactory. Although in the past this has never been an issue. We found the staff friendly and engaging and hopefully our next stay will be better!
