We were only in the park for a few hours, as we stopped on our way from Moncton back to the US. But it was definitely worth the time spent. We were there on a foggy day so visibility was limited but it gave the area kind of an eerie effect. Very nice scenery and it seemed like great hiking.

Well, as you drive down 114 towards the Bay of Fundy you can't help but be awestruck by the enormity and beauty of the Bay of Fundy. While at the Bay we enjoyed hiking the coastal trails, eating lobster, and meeting with people from around the world. The park is well maintained and the visitors center was very helpful with maps and suggestions. We will be back for a third time.

Huge park with many things for the varied bunch of outdoor seekers. Golf(9hole), swimming pool(solar heated, salt), 4 main campgrounds with yurts, tent-cabins, cabins. You can tent, RV or stop in for the day. A beautiful, expansive place to get your “woods on”. There is a big kite hill area, lawn bowling and kid playground. We went this year to do some of the shorter hikes. They have about 35 trails up to black diamond and some are for mountain biking. Just a very cool place. Reasonably priced. With a bigger provincial focus on the area, it should only get better in the years to come. Oh yeah, the staff is really friendly too. See you there.

This is a beautiful national park located on the scenic Bay of Fundy. There are a variety of interesting hiking trails for all levels of explorers. Also, there is a salt water pool, lovely golf course, a calendar of activities and events, and so much scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a chalet (cabin) for three nights and really enjoyed our time at the park.

Some recommendations: Make sure you go to the beach to explore the ocean floor during low tide -- you will be amazed at how far out you can walk! Try the restaurants in Alma for fresh and tasty seafood. Travel to Cape Enrage and Hopewell Rocks for other interesting outings. Try some of the organized activities (like the evening entertainment at Molly Kool's cabin).

One other note: I wish there were more signs around the park and on the trails. Sometimes it is hard to find your way.
