Two of us stayed at this B&B for one night. We were warmly welcomed by Sharon, the do-it-all owner, and she showed us to our room. The building is nicely maintained and tastefully decorated, with lots of intricate wood trim all around. The room (Sarah's) was spacious, with one king size bed and a comfortable sofa bed if needed. The internet wi-fi worked and was very fast. The B&B is close to a few nice restaurants downtown so the location is convenient. Breakfast was made by Sharon and delicious and filling. This place offered everything I would ever ask for from a B&B. I would stay there again, without a doubt, especially for such a low price.

A beautiful old house, spacious bedroom (Sarah's room) with its own sitting area and an excellent breakfast. A charming and warm welcome from our host Sharon, who really made us feel at home. Just what we want from a B&B. Strongly recommended.

The house is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully restored. We were taken care of by the owner's dad who came out of retirement to cook a well-executed breakfast of great ingredients. The rooms have everything you need and there is also a separate sitting room for guests. I love the unique architecture and the original woodwork of this historic building.

A delight to have spent a mere one night in a beautiful bedroom and hosted by the so friendly and helpful Craig and Sharon. If only we had more time...but a long road ahead and time pressing we had to move along.

Situated on a quiet residential street your sense of arrival makes you realise you made a good choice. The house is and old house in really excellent condition. Our motorbike (Lucy) was safe and sound in the rear of the house.
Our room was big and comfortable and a king bed which guaranteed a good night’s sleep with an en-suite bathroom.
I really like my breakfast and for me it is the meal of the day. Breakfast at the Regent is cooked to order and absolutely delicious.

If you are nearby....stay here!!

The thoughts of a wandering Irishman and his delightful Mauritian GF!
Canadians….do not lose these treasures!
We finally discovered the wonderful Bed & Breakfasts of Canada! At first we thought they were like the US where the B & B owners seem to think it is a privilege for a guest to stay and charge exorbitant rates. Not so Canada. These are absolute gems and we will stay nowhere else. They are friendlier, often cleaner, more charming and personable than any Motel….and in most cases actually cheaper! What more could you ask for?][
Canada…..these are a fantastic alternative to the chains. The money goes straight to the pocket of the usually delightful owners and not into the coffers of some impersonal, accountant run corporation.
Do use them and don’t lose them. In Ireland they thrive, and thankfully so.

My husband and I, as well as my parents spent one night (Sept 19) at the Regent Street B&B and we couldn't have asked for better hosts then Sharon & Craig. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted into their beautiful historical home. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and hearty as it kept us full. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with large comfortable beds with ensuite washrooms. We'd definitely recommend this B&B to our family & friends!! Thanks again Sharon & Craig!:)

Room tip: Any room would be great to stay in as they all come with ensuite washrooms. Rooms are large, well maintained with super comfy beds!
