We came here the day after Hurricane Dorian and were so pleased that the power was on. (it was out in 80% of Nova Scotia). It was nice to get power and running water again.
We had a great time and stayed 3 nights. Room was clean, quiet for sleeping, ample size, with a view of the bay. We liked the in-room electric teapot, in addition to the fridge and microwave. (Grocery store across the street). There are a couple of deck chairs on the deck in front. There are only 4 rooms, so get a reservation.
The host and hostess were full of helpful local tips.
We enjoyed walking on the storm wracked beaches and hiking and touring in the National Park. We found Cheticamp to be a friendly town with fine services for us. If we ever visit again, we will stay here.More
