Neh..If you don't mind literally camping on top of each other, ok. First camp site for us was very very small with no space for our vehicle and we only tow a 13 foot scamp.
They did however help us find another site and that one worked although I felt we were sharing a site with someone else, actually we were because we shared the same number and we had to share the water. It was so far away we needed to use a hose from the campground. We were gone all day and we did not even eat at our site because we had more privacy at other picnic areas.
We just used it to sleep.
The staff were all very nice and helpful and it was quiet at night for sleeping I do have to say!
....Too much of a cluster for me

The main campground is a cluster F, we were parked beside a “permanent resident” and decided to move out to a flat open area that was nowhere near private, but at least cleaner!

The lady at the counter was the best part, very nice.

We reserved a tent spot but upon arrival decided it was too cold and upgraded to a rented trailer. Beautiful view, I clean for a living so believe me when I say this place was super clean! Kids running around being loud and having fun but whatever. So glad we came across this place!

OK, up front a disclosure: We stayed at the nearby Cheticamp Motel after driving the Cabot Trail and hiking extensively during the previous week. It was a Sunday morning and our clothes were all dirty. What to do? We were pointed towards this as the best laundromat option nearby.

Actually, I can say that it was the best laundromat ever. It is small. The attendant was welcoming and helpful in orienting us to protocols. The room and the machines were in impeccable shape. Free WIFI was available. We could wash and then sit outside looking at the gorgeous scenery while waiting for the last spin of the washer or dryer. Unfortunately my pics do not do justice to the beauty of the setting. Be assured that it is a better option than watching others fold their laundry while you wait for yours!

If you need to attend to the laundry after the Park, this is where you should go. It is an experience in itself.

A short 4.5 hr drive from Shediac had us arriving in Cheticamp just in time to check in. We were given site 60 (right beside washroom/shower building) and found levelling the RV to be next to impossible. It was horribly graded and even with lots of blocking and ramps for tires we couldn’t get level. Seen lots of open campsites so went to front desk to see if we could move, as a smaller trailer may have better luck finding even patches on this site. I was informed that I could not move to an open site even though sites are not booked individually, it’s first come first serve as long as you have a reservation (which we made in March). Their policy seemed to be, don’t like it, here’s your money back and you can leave.
Since we came here for the beach and spectacular views, dealing with a crappy campsite was minor as our accommodations (32 ft RV) were excellent. The site had 30A, water and sewer, but we had to use the tank as the grade would not allow me to open the sewer pipe without bad stuff running back downhill...not so cool. We had to call and get the breaker reset on the first night which was odd, but maybe the breaker is getting old and thermally tripped many times before. We just shut the AC off if we wanted to use another appliance (toaster, hair dryer, microwave) and it never happened again. The main building has the laundry facility and uses loonies and quarters. There are stations for washing dishes so you don’t have to do them in the bathroom if you are tent camping. The bathroom/shower buildings around the campsite were as was expected, make sure to watch for the cleaning personnel for your optimal experience.
Doesn’t hold a candle to a national park, but the location and scenery is worth coming for.
Make sure to stop in Amherst; (Atlantic Superstore, Canadian Tire, Walmart, etc) on your way as the local shopping is sparse for anybody with food allergies or sensitivities or requiring any specialized items.
We made the site the best we could, and had a great couple days relaxing at the beach and our campsite.
