Stopped at Le Caveau Restaurant for lunch, before heading to the airport. The charcuteric board and local wine were both superb ! This is a lovely restaurant and definitely worth the stop. The staff are welcoming and the food is wonderful.

Even though they were hosting a wedding, when our wine tour bus arrived, they had our group organized in a large tent, a very knowledgeable staff member to explain the wines and answer questions and a well marked site to explore. There was access by a short walk to the UNESCO Grand Pre heritage site through the vineyards. By far the best experience on our tour and our purchases reflected that. We sampled two wines and our small plate was a delicious pasta with seafood (smoked trout, salmon and lobster). I recommend a visit to this place.

We stayed at the Inn at Domaine de Grand Pre for our Anniversary. The room was beautiful, the service was excellent, as was our meal at Le Caveau. We enjoyed trying many of their wines with our meal. We loved the convenience of staying on-site and eating at the vineyard. A great way to celebrate a special occasion.
