We enjoyed Tor Bay Provincial Park very much. The beach was beautiful! We happened on it by accident and we will definitely be back the next time we venture in that direction.

this park is really beautiful, and if you love the sound of the ocean and walking on the beach, you should definitely pay a visit. It's also a great spot for birding.

I was there in September and there were not a lot of people. It was very windy so the waves were big but it was so beautiful. There is a nice walking trail/boardwalk. Washrooms available.

We visited and walked around several parks in Guysborough County, and this is one of our favourites.

This provincial park offers parking and change huts, plus boardwalks to get through the marshy spots. There are several picnic huts with tables located at scenic spots. The beaches are not swim-friendly, but are great for wading. The several coves of beaches are great for exploring and combing.
