I dropped by with my son to have an early dinner, we asked the server about couple of items on the menu and she answered Chicken and waffle is great and fish and chips is the best item on the menu!!

Our food arrived strangely very fast !!! Soon we found out why the chicken was okay and maybe just about average ( my son wanted to be nice ) the waffles were soggy and terrible!

The fish and chips was even worse , soggy and most likely microwaved and the fries were even worse.

I did not want to make a big deal about this and make may son uncomfortable but the right thing should have been to send both plates back.

We ate as much as we could, paid and get out of there but I feel we should have let them know.

Very very poor quality food and an extremely dishonest waitress.

Do not recommend this place.

My daughter & I had an early dinner, dessert & fun drinks on their patio. Thanks for being our favourite local restaurant!

We visited here 2 times in March. Once for snacks after a production at Theatre Orangeville and the other time we had dinner before a show.
Each time it was with a group of 8 people and all were pleased with their food choices.
The onion rings were the hit each time.
The menu had lots of choices and all items were nicely prepared and presented.
We would certainly go back.

This wonderful restaurant is a hidden gem in town. During COVID, to help support local, we often ordered takeout from the BVR. Service was amazing, portion sizes were great and the food was delicious. When the patios opened we took friends there for the first time and they were very impressed. The patio set up is comfortable and inviting, the staff is friendly and welcoming and to top it off the service and food top notch. We had the most pleasant evening visiting with friends and enjoying a great patio experience. Looking forward to many more BVR patio nights!

The second day that patios were open we decided to try our luck and see if we could get in, we were so happy we could just walk in and have a seat! The food was amazing plus our server Sofia was so amazing and helped us so much! So happy to come back to places like this! If your in the area do check out this place!!
