I love this place. It's so unassuming. You just walk into a large open barn with a wine tasting table set up along one side.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
There is a rustic restaurant in the back.
The portable toilets (no real washrooms) may be a bit too low-key and rustic for some...

Ryan had served us our wine tastings and it was a very good experience. His customer service was excellent and his wine knowledge was very good. The wine was also superb and through Ryan's customer service, we bought 2 bottles. Thanks for a great day at Prince Edward County wine touring.

We visited Karlo late in the day on a Sunday in July in a group of 5. We had a fantastic tasting experience thanks to Brian! He was polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. He treated us to the lovely wines of Karlo and it was his efforts that prompted our group to buy several bottles. We were very surprised to learn that this was only his 2nd week on the job. Management take note: Hang on to Brian!
The wines were great and the barn atmosphere was very nice and inviting. Definitely worth visiting!

We recently visited the winery as part of a wine tasting tour. We had a great time and loved their wines and food pairing presentation. We bought a selection of wines to add to our cellar. The 3 Witches 2013 whites was very good and the Red 2013 Triumvirate is definitely a must to add to your cellar to enjoy in a few years. We also bought the 2013 Patio Reserve Rose. Great time and staff! Enjoyable way to spend a summer day.

My wife and I went rating on a weekend and we had heard about Karlo Estate so we thought we should try it. I'm so glad we did. The girl that served us was great. We were given a little snack to eat along with each tasting of wine. The wine was very good. I would highly recommend going.
