We booked Eagle's Perch Beach House for one week at the end of July, 2016. We held a very small wedding here, and it was a perfect venue!! This house is immaculate, clean, and has a beautiful beach decor with a welcoming atmosphere!! Everything you need is here - you really only need to bring clothes and a toothbrush! The kitchen is equipped with everything from a coffee grinder to a salad spinner, and everything in between! You are even provided with boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and beach toys for children! The beach is BY FAR the nicest beach on the Island. The soft white sands and warm water will draw you back!! What we loved most about this beach is that it is very private! You are protected on both sides by large capes, which is awesome because it keeps the crowds from Basin Head Provincial Park away from your private paradise! This house is so unique in that it is built on stilts and you are very high up. The views are spectacular! Our guests, my husband, and I LOVED this place. We still can't stop talking about it - and it has been over 6 months since our stay. In fact - I just put down a deposit to rent this beach house the same week as our last stay this upcoming summer! We can't wait!!! Owners are FANTASTIC people and are readily available to answer any inquiries immediately. Highly, highly recommended!!!
