Thank you for taking the time to review us. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope we see you again!
This is a rather old world property, but is in very good condition. The rooms are immaculate and welcoming. We were especially pleased to have the Victoria Suite on the 2nd floor with a sitting room, spacious bathroom besides our bedroom. Breakfast was delicious, served promptly after 8AM. The entire stay was marked by very pleasant service from everyone we encountered. The village itself, despite lots of tourists, maintains its quaint character with lots of lovely old properties to see, good restaurants and friendly shopkeepers.
Thanks so much for your kind words. We loved having your group and hope to see you again.
We had a lovely night at the Orient. A few relaxing drinks in the main bar listening to good music before venturing upstairs for a delicious meal amidst friendly service. The prices were eeasonable and the atmosphere was great
We did benefit from flexibilty when booking out of season - thank you! Enjoyed the very nice and clean room, excellent bed (!) and view and certainly the very special breakfast which is prepared with love to the details, homemade and delicious. We recommend this place to all PEI travellers!
This hotel is colorful, clean, quiet, and a great location. We stayed here a week and used it as out base camp to explore the island. The rooms are all quite charming with a brightness that is surely enjoyed. We stayed in a suite and it was nice to have an extra room for a longer stay. The breakfast fare in the morning was every creative and prepared to perfection. Within a few minute walk there are three very good restaurant's The town is tourist busy in the daytime but slows down quickly later in the day. September is a great time to go since everything is slowing down. October would also work although some of the places are starting to close for the season. We loved it here and plan on going back next year.
My wife and I stayed at The Orient Hotel July 26th and 27th. We were not disappointed. We were in room number 5. King suite with sitting area and large bathroom. Everything we needed. As we knew that the Property had no AC, we brought a couple of fans from home and were able to sleep quite comfortably even with this season's unbearable humidity. Breakfast was awesome and beautifully presented! Charming spot in a charming town. We definitely would recommend The Orient Hotel to anyone visiting Victoria by the Sea.
