This place should be avoided. It is an office building in the process of being renovated into apartments . It was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. In our apartment - Drywall dust everywhere. Dirty. Empty Kleenex box stuffed with toilet paper. Clogged sink , dirty floors, defective shower, poorly stocked kitchen, outdoor plastic furniture in the small kitchen area. We actually tried not to stay there but being tourist season , we were unable to find alternate accommodation
No Provincial accommodation approval sticker displayed. We had a safety concern as we wondered if the place had an occupancy permit
Very overpriced at $260 CDN which had set my expectations of some sort of standard.

I used booking.com and was surprised they could host unregulated , Un inspected ,properties on their website.
