About what is to be expected for a cheap room. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The included breakfast was ok.

My biggest issue is the room smelled very musty and triggered my allergies/asthma badly due to that, and due to the wall to wall carpet. Our thermostat did not work and we found the place noisy- thin walls with a lot of noise traveling in from the outside lot, where our neighbors liked to gather on the steps to have a smoke and long loud conversation at both early and late hours. Also they advertise renovated rooms but they don’t look to have actually been recently renovated.

For a motel close to the beautiful mountains and nature they are really far from being ecofriendly. Everything goes in the garbage after you eat your breakfast plates forks knifes, even the muffins are in individual plastic bags. Imagine the amount of trash they produce every year for saving some time doing the dishes. I won't go back to this motel until those practices have changed.

Best price in town,,,, but on the busy hi way, not the St. Lawrence. Girls at check in were ok, one was quite friendly, and tried to accommodate our lack of French, much appreciated. The other, well, sorry this English guy is bothering to even try. We are on a Harley, and get sent to the back..... seems that is where they send the bikes... Room was acceptable, neighbours were chain smoking outside the room, and very noisy!! NO Air Conditioning, so open the windows to allow some air,,, and in comes the smoke and noise... Breakfast was good, lady serving it commanded respect, and don't even try to touch the bread LOL . Poor sleep, average stay, internet worked most of the time.sure you can do better for not much more money.
