Absolutely wonderful B&B, highly recommended.

We have just had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B as we were in the area for a wedding.
From my first contact with Beverley she was super friendly and kindly went out of her way to ensure that our room was ready early so we could change before the wedding we were attending.
Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean with lots of little touches to make our stay enjoyable.
Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and great quality produce. All served by Beverley who we really enjoyed chatting to.
This is a great place and we’ll definitely stay again if we’re in the area.
Thanks again Beverley for such a lovely stay!

It is always nice to know that you are doing the right thing for your guests whether they are visiting for family events such as weddings or holidaying in the wonderful Derbyshire countryside or even working in the area. Just Happened Upon this Gem

My husband and I had just arrived from the States, without a specific destination in mind, except to avoid the rain. We ended up in Melbourne purely by chance, but we were glad we did. The Coach House is a wonderful place to stay. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed talking to Beverly. We told her we wanted to hike and she gave us a guide to a six-mile hike which was just wonderful. And it was sunny! We also enjoyed walking around Melbourne. I highly recommend The Coach House.

Melbourne is a lovely place to visit and there are so many walks around the area from a local walk around the village to hikes from 1 - 12 miles and we have many leaflets and maps to show you the way. All You Could Ask For

Just stayed the one night to break our journey north. Everything you could ask of a B&B. Comfortable ensuite room. Lounge available if needed but we watched the television in our room from the two armchairs provided. Great breakfast provided by our lovely host Beverley.

Excellent, as always...

I have been going here for many years, each time for one night only. It's always very clean and Beverley is very attentive and is always nearby should you need her. There is limited parking on their driveway and there is on street parking, but can sometimes be difficult to find a space. It all depends what time of day you arrive. I have never been up early enough to sample the included breakfast, but I'm sure it would be excellent.

Welcoming, cosy, spotlessly clean and a great breakfast

We stayed here for one night during a family trip to the UK. We arrived around 6pm and left after breakfast the next day.

We were met by the smiling owner who could not have been more helpful. We had 2 rooms, a double and a twin. Both rooms were modern, very clean, had everything that we needed and more.

We will definitely stay here again.

I recommend to anyone wanting a homely welcome in Derbyshire.
