Please be assured, your comments regarding the team member's attitude, and the late room service breakfast you received on your final morning with us, are not up to our usual standards. We are of course saddened that due to the unexpected service you received during dinner that you felt you would rather enjoy the breakfasts within your room itself. Although, we endeavour to deliver the room service breakfasts at the exact time our guests' have asked, this is often not possible due to demand.
Your review is currently undergoing investigation, and the concerns you have raised will of course be addressed with the team member in question. We pride ourselves on the service we deliver, and without each team member's input, the service we deliver will not be consistent throughout. Training is of course on going with the team, and your feedback will ensure we continue to improve.
Despite this, we are pleased that you enjoyed the very warm welcome from the reception team, the great vibe here at The Hoste, the very nice room, and the treats and items we provide for our furry friends!
