Fantastic stay here pity it was just for one night. Great welcome included introduction to some exotic fruit before settling into lovely cabin well located apart from each other. It is a long trek to get there but so well worth experiencing the Cape Tribulation area and all it has to offer. There is an open kitchen area to help yourself to teas/coffee making and meet and chat with the other guests staying there. A highlight was we returned to have a take-away pizza in the dining area and we ended up sharing Colins dinner which was corned beef that evening. Lovely fruit basket for breakfast the following morning before returning back toward Cairns which was like a completely different world from where we just had been.

We loved our stay here. We were very warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Cape Trib is beautiful and plenty of things to do, would like to go again!
The little huts are really lovely and its nice to hear the rainforest at night. There is a shared kitched with everything you could need and morning breakfast is special. there are nice resturants near by. Its def worth hiring a car if you dont have one - plenty to go and explore.
thanks for a lovely stay!

We hadn't intended to stay at Cape Tribulation, but once we got there we just had to stay. We were luck enough to be able to get accommodation here at the Cape Tribulation Farmstay. We loved the quietness of this property and being amongst the fruit trees. We were lucky enough to meet many people of different nationalities while there. Our hostess was excellent making sure that everything was just right. Our breakfasts were amazing, lots of fresh fruit - many which we had never heard of. Definitely a must to revisit.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights in a cabin at Cape Tribulation Farmstay. We thought it was excellent value. The view of the fruit trees and mountains from our cabin were beautiful, the room was tidy and clean and the fruit breakfast was just lovely. The staff were super friendly and helpful in suggesting and booking us in for tours to Cooktown and the reef where we saw more sensational views. I recommend this place to anyone looking for down to earth, friendly accommodation amongst paradise. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops and restaraunts are within walking distance also. If anything, I wish I stayed another night to soak in the amazing splendour do this seriously, beautiful and special place.

We stayed here 4 nights and wish it had been weeks. When we arrived they were having a going-away party for a guest who had been there 10 days! It doesn't take long to feel like family. The cabins are immaculate and spaced so that you feel like you're the only guests, but the communal kitchen was a great way to get to know other travelers and hear their recommendations about what to do in and around Cape Trib. While we were there the other guests were from Germany, England, France and Australia. Each morning we had our own basket of fresh fruit, almost entirely from the farm, including varieties I've never heard of before because they are too delicate to ship. Heaven. Dawn and Vicki were great hosts, and very helpful booking kayaking and snorkeling. It's right on the edge of the park, so the stars were amazing and you're right near the best of the area. If you're looking for a 5 star spa, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a quiet, friendly, tropical paradise, with friendly, welcoming hosts to help you explore, you've found your home.
