Hi. My Daughter and myself stayed on a powered campsite. The site was big and clean. We stayed on the other side of the Park which has its own Toilets,Kitchen(with fridge,Toasters,Kettles,Microwave and Cook top)and Showers. These amenties were all clean. We were greeted by Stacey, who was very friendly and helpfull.

Overnight with a drive view caravan site in the overflow area across the road. It has its own amenities and convenient. The park is quite basic and we enjoyed the hospitality including a delivery of a bag of fresh citrus to enjoy. Loved our night and the friendship. A great stop over heading north or south towards the coast. Quiet, a nice walk into town and facilities. Interestingly, only one hotel had lunch available and it was a great lunch (Grand Hotel with friendly staff, service and food).

Stayed overnight enroute from .Carnarvon Gorge to Bundaberg. Stacey, the Manager .. was amazing .... from offering us a site that we could stay hooked up was such a bonus with an early start the next day. Greeted us with a large box of mandarins and limes ... what a fabulous welcome. The park is set on the banks of the Burnett River and we witnessed both an amazing sunset and sunrise. Stacey offered us brochures on local restaurants and a great induction of the local area. By far the friendliest park we have stayed in and would return in an heartbeat. Top Marks, Riverview Caravan Park. NOT To to be mixed up with the other park .. Riverview is situated across the bridge and five minute walk into town. Just fabulous!

When I was there the park was just about chockers with what looked like casual workers, little tents everywhere.

Some sites had views of the Burnett River, lots of cabins which were all occupied, adequate amenities, free gas barbeques, camp kitchen, gas refills and an overflow area just over the road.

Perhaps a basic park that needed a bit of TLC but definitely an inexpensive park.

It’s at the end of a dead-end street so no passing traffic noise. Shops, pub etc just a short walk.

Just remember it’s very busy in the fruit picking season.

Not the best but not the worst. My family stayed in the house that looks over the river and we all enjoyed it. The place needs alot of work but for what we paid who cares, it's got character! And the location was awesome, only 5 min walk to town centre.
Full of backpackers, my 7 year old son made friends with a couple and played cards with them. They were all lovely and not too noisy, early to bed cause they all work picking mandarins.
I'll definitely be back, great spot.
